INGREDIENTS
recipe Credit : maryam VankerHome made yoghurt
1 liter full cream fresh milk¼ cup plain yoghurt ..Containing active cultures
Heat the milk in heavy base pot .. stirr the milk Once boiled remove from stove .. Let it cool until it is just warm to the touch ..Take a cup and add ¼ cup of yoghurt and ¾ cup milk and mix wellPour the Mixed yoghurt into the milk and stirr gently this inoculates the milk with the yughurt cultures
Cover the pot and place it in your oven SWITCH ON YOUR OVEN LIGHT ONLY LET IT STAY ON FOR THE NEXT 9 TO 12 HOURS
Chek after 8 hours and if you want it thicker leave it another 4 hours Remove and place onto fridge
METHOD
Delicious even better than shop bought yoghurt
