Brown rotiPic cred:salmah dendarRec cred:@foodie_fantisserie2 cups white flour¾ cup nutty wheat flour 1 teaspoon salt6 tablespoon of a ghee (Clarified butter) and oil mixture (1 part ghee (Clarified butter) 2 parts oil)Boiling water to make a dough.Add ¾ cup of water at first then add a little at a time after that to form dough. Dough should be soft but not sticky. I made big rotis today but you get about 10 small rotis from the amount. Refrigerate the dough for atleast 1 hour before rolling and frying. 😊Bon Appétit 💋
