1 can creamstyle sweetcorn 1 rounded cup cake flour 3 XL eggs 1 cup cubed chicken 1 cup mixed vegetables 2 teaspoon green chillies 1 cup grated onion ½ cup mealie meal 4 bunch Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) chopped 3 cups gram flour ¼ bunch dhania (coriander) chopped 2 full teaspoon baking powder 1 cup oil 1 rounded teaspoon fine salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 cup milk
Add a little spices to chicken and cook. When ½ done add mixed vegetable. Cool and then mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased oven tray. Bake at 180C for approximately 40 minutes. Reduce to 160C for 10 minutes.
