INGREDIENTS
100g Lindt bittersweet couverture
200g butter
300g sugar
4 eggs (medium)
100g flour
200g chopped walnuts
METHOD
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl
placed over a pan of hot water (40 – 50 °C).
2. Add the sugar, eggs and flour and then pour
the mixture into a baking tray lined with
greaseproof paper.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30
minutes.
4. Allow the brownies to cool thoroughly and
then cut into squares.
5. Coat the brownies with Lindt bittersweet or
milk couverture and garnish with Lindt decorations
to complete
