Greek Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients:500g chicken filletsPinch ground green chillies1 teaspoon garlic paste½ teaspoon pepper½ teaspoon sumac (can replace with lemon zest)½ teaspoon saltJuice of ⅓ lemon2 sprigs rosemary1 tablespoon oil
Method:1. Mix all ingredients together.2. Rub onto fillets.3. Place in oven proof dish. 4. Cover with foil.5. Bake in preheated oven on moderate heat for 30min or till cooked through.
