Batter:2 cups flourCrushed green chilli’s (to taste) 1 teaspoon chili powder Salt to tasteEgg yellow coloring Add water and make a batter.Consistency thick

METHOD

Dip hake pieces into batter and fry in oil until golden brown.Serve with savory rice or chips.Garnish with lemon
