Flour, Sugar, Egg, Vanilla, Salt , Baking Powder, Jams , Glazed Cherries, AlmondsSee Below recipe for QUANTITY
METHOD
125g Soft Butter or MargarineCream wellAdd¾ Cup Sugar Cream well in a processor Add1 Egg1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence Add 2 heaped teaspoon Baking powder+- 2 cups sifted Flour or as requiredMake a Soft Dough
Divide Dough into 2 lots(Keep 1 lot of dough small because you just only need to grate on top Last )
In a Greased oven trayPat / Flatten the larger Dough Bake at 180* for 10 minutes
Remove from Oven
Now Spread Mixed Fruit Jam Or Smooth Apricot Jam OverThe DoughNow Sprinkle with chopped Glazed Cherries And Little Flaked or Sliced Almonds Now GRATE the Other dough over the Biscuit doughSprinkle Again with little Almonds and CherriesPlace Back in Oven to complete Baking Bake for Another 15-20 minutes or Until doneDecorate with Edible GlitterOr Icing Sugar Enjoy
