INGREDIENTS
1kg Chicken fillet2-3 tablespoon Tandoori dry spice2 tablespoon Amina’s butter chicken masalaSalt to taste ½ Lemon juice Garlic flakes500ml Fresh cream½ tin Nestle cream (½ of the big tin)
METHOD
Marinate the chicken with the tandoori dry spice, salt, garlic flakes and lemon juice.Cook chicken, until done, remove from pot than add the Amina’s butter chicken and fresh cream, mix nicely and allow to cook a little, than add the chicken and heat thru, the cream will thicken. Serve with paratha or rice and salad

So I was pressed for time and still had to cook, and came up with this quick way of making butter chicken,
Marinate and cooked it up straight away, not only was it quick but it was actually very tasty, u can guess who got all the compliments for the food critics ☺️
Made it in two parts, cooked the chicken and than then the cream part.........
