INGREDIENTS
10 cups klim
1 tin nestle cream
5 cups sugar
2 (+) cups water
2 cups ghee (Clarified butter)
1 cup ground pistachio
2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
A drop of green colouring
METHOD
1. Blitz cream, ghee (Clarified butter) and klim in magi mix till
crumbed
2. Make syrup with sugar and water till it
reaches thread stage
3. Cool syrup
4. Mix into Klim mixture with pistachio and
Elachi (cardomom)
5. Add some green coloring if required
6. top with pistachios
