Ingredients 125g butter ยฝ cup icing sugar ยฝ cup cornflourยผ cup oilDrop of cardamom essence Drop rose essence ยผ cup chopped pistachios 1 ยฝ cups flour( add more if needed)
METHOD
Method1. Cream butter andย sugar well. 2. Add cornflour, essence and oil and beat ,mix in the nuts3. Add the flour andย form intoย a soft dough. 4. Cut into shapes .5. Bakeย at 160 for 20 minutes. 6.
