INGREDIENTS
1 small tin nestle cream
250g klim
250g nespray Or
500g of either 1
Elachi (cardomom)
¾ cup melted ghee (Clarified butter)
Fine Bedaam
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Elachi (cardomom) essence
METHOD
Method
Put the sugar, water & Elachi (cardomom) essence 2 boil 2 make syrup, let it boil until its slippery between yor fingers.Mix the cream into klim, leave aside for +/- an hour & press thru a sift,add Elachi (cardomom) & fine bedaam. When syrup is done, take out about a cup,(must take out, this is important) than add ghee (Clarified butter) & lastly add the klim mixture, if the mixture is stiff, add the syrup,(that was taken out),as required 2 make a consistancy of thick porridge. Set in tray, decorate with fine Elachi (cardomom) & coloured bedaam. Cut as desired or set into a deep bowl & decorate as desired.
