Tikka Bhoti Chicken 📸:Salmah dendar📝: Yas T 1kg fresh chicken fillet cut into big cubes marinate with:2 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon najmahs chilli paste lemon juice 2 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon hyder 2 teaspoon crushed red chillie 2 teaspoon shaan tandoori masala 1 teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1tab yoghurt drop of red food colouring 2tab oil marinate overnight add ghee (Clarified butter) to square griddle and fry chicken turning all the tym till done.. baste with leftover marinade and cook till slightly charred...serve on skewers with lemon chips roti sauce and salad Yas TI did on braai (bbq)...and served with naan

make dough with lukewarm water
let it rise for like an hour or more.
make 3 big or 5medium or 7small rotis
when rolling put sesame seeds.
fry with ghee (Clarified butter)..
make it just before you eat so its soft and fresh
think it gets that elastic texture if left for too long..
divinely soft naan!
