1 kg fillets or chicken quarters1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon red chillies paste1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder1 teaspoon tikka spice..dry1 teaspoon tikka spice..wet(Marinate chicken with the above ingredients )
1. Line an oven tray with foil. 2. Place chicken on foil. 3. Bake on 180 deg bottom shelf of oven for 30 minutes. 4. Baste chicken with sauce and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
Sauce 2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon Mayonnaise 2 tblsTomatoe sauce1 teaspoon Kashmiri chillie powder(Put in pan and bring to boil)
