1 whole chicken cut into pieces
1⁄2 packet shan tikka masala
1⁄2 packet shan chicken tikka masala
Red food color
2-3 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon cornflour
Wash chicken and keep it for draining.
Now add all above ingredients in chicken.
Mixing well and cover.
Keep in fridge for 1⁄2 hour.
Now give charcoal DUM in chicken. Cover tightly for 15-20 minutues.
Now deep fry in hot oil.
