Chicken :1 kg chicken Fillet cut into thin strips ( you can shred after if you wish ) 1 teaspoon ginger 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red chillies ½ teaspoon ground green chili2 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon chicken spice ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper ¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) salt to taste after you have added the spices 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 tablespoon steers peri sauce ½ teaspoon honey butter and oil potato ;2 or 3 potatoes slice and steam in water half way .remove , add oil to a pan add some chip spice and vinegar add the potatoes and allow to cook until done . Paratha : 3 cups flour ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon maziena 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon oil 1 tablespoon sugar Hot Milk and Water to make soft dough
For the Chicken :Add the butter and oil to the pot along with the ginger , garlic and chillies and braise.Add all the dry spices along with vinegar and the sauces with little water .Remove from heat cool and add the chicken to this to marinate. Cook chicken until done , you can add more sauce should you wish . Paratha : Add all the dry ingredients.Add the ghee (Clarified butter) and oil , using your fingers , make a crumb like texture.add the hot water and milk to make a soft dough. knead , cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes. divide dough into 8 or 9 balls , depending on how big you want it .Roll into round discs brush some oil and sprinkle maziena , then fan the dough and coil into a granny bun . Roll out into a roti and fry on Tawa , drizzle some ghee (Clarified butter) or butter . Assemble :When you are ready to serve you can add sour cream( I used sour cream ) or salad cream , some sauce , some potato and lettuces fold over and warm and crisp on Tawa .
