2 cups mixed pasta your choiceBoil in salt oil water. keep aside. Steam viennas & sausages in little water. After water dried out add little oil & fry. Keep aside. In a pot add some ghee (Clarified butter). Heat add in 1 chopped onion whole jeera, cinnamon sticks & Elachi (cardomom). When onion is golden brown add 4 grated tomatoes, cubed robot peppers, 2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala, 2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder, 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric), 2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder, salt to taste 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon innapamans garlic & herb spice few curry leaves mix well & cook for 5 minutes. Add the viennas & sausages & cook till oil comes to the surface. In a saucepan heat 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 2 teaspoon crushed garlic & 2 teaspoon or less crushed green chillies. Braise for few minutes. Add in 2 ½ cups of milk & 2 tablespoon flour stir vigorously to avoid lumps. Once sauce thickens remove from stove. Add sauce to the tomato chutney mix well & cook for 1 minutes. Pour this mixture over boiled pasta mix well & garnish with chopped spring onions & dhania (coriander). Serve & enjoy.
