1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup dry bread crumbs
ready made pita
minty yogurt
1 small yogurt
hand full of mint
salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
mash chick peas.add the rest of
ingredients,make
into balls fry in oil,fill into pitas
with shredded
lettuce,cubed cucumber,grated carrot and
minty
yogurt.
