INGREDIENTS
-500ml fresh milk- 30 mashmellows (if possible mainly white)- 150g slab chocolate-250ml fresh cream
METHOD
Bring milk to boil, add mashmellows and melt. Once melted, add in chocolate and melt. Whip fresh cream, till peaks start to form. When milk mix is cool, fold in fresh cream. Pour into dish of choice and allow to cool. Once cool, put in fridge to set, overnight is preferable.
Decorate as desired.
INFO & TIPS
For functions I top with crushed biscuit, piped cream and crushed crunchie. Or I pipe cream, crushed flake and add mini mashmellows.
For home I usually just decorate with flake and dream whispers.
