INGREDIENTS

β—‡ 8 tablespoon flour β—‡ 8 tablespoon sugar β—‡ 4 tablespoon cocoa powder β—‡ 1 eggβ—‡ 6 tablespoon milkβ—‡ 6 tablespoon oilβ—‡ 2 teaspoon baking powder

METHOD

Crack an egg into a bowl, add the milk and whisk.Add sugar and whisk.Add oil and whisk.In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa and then add it to the egg mixture and whisk.Lastly add in the baking powder and whisk.Bake for 15 - 20min at 180Β°Add lotus spread and flake
This recipe makes around 12 to 13 cupcakes
