Lotus Chocolate Cupcakes

بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

INGREDIENTS

◇ 8 tablespoon flour ◇ 8 tablespoon sugar ◇ 4 tablespoon cocoa powder ◇ 1 egg◇ 6 tablespoon milk◇ 6 tablespoon oil◇ 2 teaspoon baking powder

METHOD

Crack an egg into a bowl, add the milk and whisk.Add sugar and whisk.Add oil and whisk.In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa and then add it to the egg mixture and whisk.Lastly add in the baking powder and whisk.Bake for 15 - 20min at 180°Add lotus spread and flake
This recipe makes around 12 to 13 cupcakes
