100g oats3 biscuits weet bix50g brown sugar
Braise above on low heat for 10 minutes.Remove from heat and cool completly. Then add the following :
230g energy mix (papita, peanut, cranberry, sultans, raisins, sunflower seeds)50g Pecan nut roughly chopped 50g chocolate chips
Mix well and serve with yoghurt and fresh fruit.
