Ice Tea

RECIPE

4 tea bags4 cups water Bring to boil & make a nice strong tea then leave to steap and cool.
1 cup sugar 1 cup water Boil to make a thin syrup and leave to cool.
Remove tea bags, add the syrup & 1 cup lime cordial. Stir and place in freezer to slush up..
In a jug cut lemon slices & mint (I didn't have so I never add) add half the tea mixture and top up with 1 litre of Sprite. Serve immediately while slushy.....

INFO & TIPS

This recipe will make about 2 litres of Ice tea....
U can freeze the rest of the tea mixture for another time....
