INGREDIENTS
1kg mince, washedOnion choppedQuarter green pepper choppedQuarter teaspoon garlic 1 egg3 slices of brown bread soaked in water & drain the liquid. Quarter teaspoon saltQuarter teaspoon jieraQuarter teaspoon chops & steak spiceQuarter teaspoon paprika Quarter teaspoon masala
METHOD
In a bowl add the mince, onion, pepper, garlic, egg, spices, bread . MAKE 12-15 MINI ROUNDS BALLS.Fry in oil for 5-7 minutes turning around on each side, until golden brown. Serve with Potato wedges fried in oil for 10 - 15 minutes garnish with herbs of your choice.

Optional add mixed herbs ( pinch) to bring out the flavor
