1 box petite bake filletsWash with salt & vinegar Drain and pat dry
In a pan drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oilPlace fillets in pan Sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper Mix freshly ground coriander leaves with lemon juice and pour over fish. Place a twig of thyme on each piece of fish. Cook on low till done.Serve with salad.
