Boil rice with turmeric salt cinnamon stick and bay leaf till ¾ done. Boil Masoor (Back lentils) dholl till done. Boil mix veg till done.fry onion chillies jeera seeds and mustard seeds in deep fry pan or electric fry pan. Add in 2 cubed tomatoes and Aminas chops and steak spice. Add water and cook out. Add ginger garlic. Add lemon juice and Worcester sauce. Add in prawns with the shell still on.add in cleaned mussels. Add in chillie powder haldi salt and dhania (coriander) powder. Add in the rice Masoor (Back lentils) and mix veg. Steam for 5 to 8 minutes until everything is cooked through but not dried out. Add chopped coriander and serve hot.
