INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk, 4 tablespoon sugar, 1 ½ teaspoon agar agar (falooda powder), 10 tablespoon klim,3 tablespoon custard powder, 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
METHOD
bring milk to warm temperature, then add in all the other ingredients. When at boiling point,remove from heat and add 1 tin condensed milk (397g) and 1 small tin nestle cream.Mix well pour into pyrex. Leave to set in fridge. decorate with nestle cream and flake.
