1×250ml fresh cream 1 small tin nestle cream 1 tin caramel treat 2 packets tennis biscuits 10g melted butter 1 large slab peppermint crisp chocolate
METHOD
Crush tennis biscuits and add melted butter and leave aside
In a separate dish : Whisk together fresh cream and nestle cream until soft peaks form Fold in the caramel treat Grate in chocolate and leave some aside for decorating
Form layers in your dessert bowl of alternating layers of crushed biscuits and mousse. Top with grated chocolate and refrigerate
