150ml fresh cream½ - ¾ tin condensed milk (depending on your taste)¾ cup dessicated coconut 1 tin coconut milk½ cup milk1 teaspoon ghas powder
METHOD
Whip the fresh cream until stiff. Fold in the condensed milk and coconut and set mixture aside. Bring the milk and coconut milk to a boil, add the ghas powder and boil until slightly thick. Whisk in the fresh cream mixture with an electric beater and pour into bowls. Refrigerate for few hours or overnight. Decorate with rafaellos.
