INGREDIENTS
1 packet wafer biscuits crushed1 orley whip/ whipping cream1 can caramel treat1 can dessert and cooking cream1 slab crushed chocolate or ganache
METHOD
*In small cups add crushed wafer biscuits halfway*Layer the top of the biscuits with crushed chocolate or chocolate ganache *Beat the orley whip until peaks forms and add ½ can of caramel treat (first mix the caramel treat with a spoon to avoid any lumps)*Layer over the chocolate and decorate as desired
The dessert cream will be used for the chocolate ganache
Chocolate ganacheMelt a slab of chocolate and add ¾ can of dessert and cooking cream and mix Add less dessert and cooking cream if you want a thick ganache or add more dessert and cooking cream if you want a more runny ganache !
