(or less to reduce heat)*pasta of choice*one ring each of a green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper chopped or finely stripped.*Half an onion*1 teaspoon of garlic *1 grated tomato*1 teaspoon of turmeric*1 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder. *sauces as follows: 4 tablespoons Minnie's prego sauce, Minnie's Mozambique garlic sauce, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, a dash of lemon juice, a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce.*A tablespoon of tomato paste.Seasonings as follows : a dash of pepper, mixed herbs, a dash of Aromat (a South African Spice) and two teaspoons of parmesan cheese (optional).*half a cup of milk and one 300ml fresh cream.
Boil pasta of choice and set aside. Chop onion and braise in oil until translucent, add in peppers, garlic, chilli and mixed herbs. Braise the above until it's fragrant. Add in tomato and allow to simmer along with your turmeric and kashmiri chilli powder. Add in tomato paste and the rest of your sauces at this point. Once you have a red mixture, reduce heat and add in mayonnaise, parmesan, milk and fresh cream. Once the sauce lightens up, add your cooked pasta in and toss until its all well covered.Garnish with parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately! 💗
