12 wings ( cut into ½ or full ) ½ teaspoon garlic 1 egg 4 tablespoon milk 4 tablespoon spur durkey sauce ½ teaspoon white pepper pinch haldi ½ teaspoon salt
Flour for Dipping :
1 cup flour ½ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ½ teaspoon salt
durkey sauce for serving
whisk the ingredients and add the wings . set aside .
mix all the dipping ingredients together . about 1 hour before you want to serve heat up oil . dip the wings 1 at the time in the flour mixture and fry for at least 7 to 10 minutes . remove and place on a paper towel .
