INGREDIENTS
2 large ripe fiberless mangoes¼ cup water½ box mango jelly125ml fresh cream Sugar to taste
Garnish-1 mango (cubed)Mint leaves
METHOD
1. Peel mangoes. Remove flesh from pits and place in blender with water.2. Blend till smooth, add little sugar to taste, blend again.3. Whip fresh cream till stiff.4. Mix jelly according to box instructions. Allow to set a little.5. Mix jelly mixture into pureed mangoes.6. Gently fold in whipped cream.7. Spoon in serving bowls and place in fridge to chill and set.8. Garnish with cubed mangoes and mint and serve cold.
INFO & TIPS
Note: you may use plain gelatin or agar-agar powder in place of box jelly
