INGREDIENTS
1 packet Marie or Tennis biscuits-crushed finely
120ml melted butter
250g cottage cheese
1 tin condensed milk
80ml lemon juice
2ml vanilla or almond essence
4 bananas
METHOD
Mix crumbs & butter & press into a pie plate.
Chill. Beat cond milk, cottage cheese, lemon
juice & essence together until smooth. Slice 3
bananas & place in the chilled crust. Pour
mixture over. Chill until set. Arrange remaining
sliced banana on top of pie.
