RECIPE
Banana Pie
¼ lb butter room temp
Beat till smooth using k whisk
Add in 2 cups flour and 4 teaspoon baking powder mix till it resembles crumbs.
Add in 2 eggs and less than ½ cup milk (or as needed).
Beat till well mixed.
Roll out 1 big roti. Brush with melted ghee (Clarified butter) and sprinkle maziena. Roll up tightly like a swissroll.
Divide dough into 7 or 8 portions.
Press flat. Roll out. I use a side plate for measurement so all are one size. Cut edges. Bake at 180.
Once cooled you can freeze.
If u using. Spread caramel treat. Cut banana slices and put over. Drizzle nestle dessert cream and sprinkle cinnamon or coloured almonds.

In my family my father in law n hubby must have everyday for iftaar. It's really tasty. I learned from my late mother in law.
