INGREDIENTS
5 fresh mealies (husks to be kept aside)3 tablespoon butterGreen chillies1 tablespoon chopped dhania (coriander)Salt to taste1 tablespoon sugar Paprika (according to taste)1 tablespoon Whole or crushed roasted jeerah3 tablespoon fresh milk
METHOD
Liquidize mealies (not too fine).Add rest of ingredients and mix well.Place 3 husks on top of the other.Gently spoon about 4 Tablespoon of the mixture over.Fold up husks and tie with the extras.Place husks in a steamer and steam for an hour.
