1 butternut cleaned & cut
2 to 3 carrots cleaned & cut
3 to 4 sweet potatoes wash well cut
1 packet corn steam in microwave
Put all veggies in pot add thick slice of butter, sprinkle aromat, lemon pepper, garlic salt, freshly crushed black pepper, finely ground coriander leaves & 1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Let steam till done adding water till veggies are cooked.
Optional 1 teaspoon green chillies.
