1 butternut cleaned & cut
2 to 3 carrots cleaned & cut
3 to 4 sweet potatoes wash well cut
1 packet corn steam in microwave
Put all veggies in pot add thick slice of butter, sprinkle Aromat (a South African Spice), lemon pepper, garlic salt, freshly crushed black pepper, finely ground coriander leaves & 1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Let steam till done adding water till veggies are cooked.
Optional 1 teaspoon green chillies.
