INGREDIENTS

1 ¾ cup flour2 Tabl cocoa1 teaspoon espresso coffee½ cup choc chips½ cup castor sugar ½ teaspoon bicarb 2 teaspoon b powder Place the above in a bowl Mix & make a well & add liquid ingredients : 1 cup milk1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla⅓ cup + 2 teaspoon oil

METHOD

Beat lightly Pour into muffin panSprinkle choc chips on topBake for about 18 - 20 minutes
