INGREDIENTS
Half kg mutton 1 large potato 1 and half cup mixed vegHalf onion Thyme Salt Pepper Garlic 1 tablespoon flour
METHOD
Braise lamb with onion and garlic for 20 minutes, add a small knob of butter and salt, pepper, thyme, and half a teaspoon of masala, allow to cook for 10 minutes, add potatoes,mixed veg and enough water to cover the meat, allow to cook until meat is soft and water reduced by half, make a slurry with 1 table spoon flour and half a cup of water , add in and stir till thickened but still runny. Remove from heat garnish with dhania (coriander) and serve with fresh white buttered bread
