INGREDIENTS
Coffee smoothie 2 tablespoon instant coffee 1 cup boiling water 1 sliced banana 1 cup milk 3 tablespoon vanilla ice cream 3 tablespoon nutella ½ cup sugar 5 pitted dates 6 almonds
METHOD
Add boiling water to instant coffee Allow to cool Pour into ice tray and freeze Slice bananas,add to a ziplock bag and freeze Once coffee and sliced banana is frozen add all the ingredients to a blender Blend until smoothie begins to froth Serve immediately
