Chocolate Oil Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
¼ cup oil
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup cocoa
½ cup boiling water

METHOD

Beat together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.Sift in flour and baking powder,beat till well mixed.Add in oil and vanilla,beat well.Lastly add combine the last two ingredients and cool.Once cool add to batter.Bake @ 180 celcius for 10-15 minutes.
