3 heaped tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 cinnamon sticks 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods1 ½ cups vermicelli Braise vermicelli in ghee (Clarified butter) till golden.
Add in water and cook till soft.
Then add in 3 tablespoon coconut 1 cup sugar or to tasteSome flaked almonds½ teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) powderSaffron
Serve with cream. Enjoy.
