INGREDIENTS
5 cups flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 packet yeast
Quater cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 and quater cup boiling water
1 and quater cup cold milk
Mix dry ingredients together..
Add wet ingredients..
Mix well and knead to form a soft pliable dough
Allow to rise
METHOD
Knock down and seperate dough into balls..roll out dough into plate size..cut into 8 with a pizza cutter..place a teaspoon of jam at the top and roll like a crossiant..allow to rise..bake at 180 till golden..when cool drizzle with icing sugar mixed with boiling water..sift with icing sugar
