Inspired and adapted
You get +-18 muffins1 & ½ cup flour2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt3 teaspoon green chilli paste (or to taste) ½ crushed red chilliLittle crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)¼ teaspoon white pepper½ teaspoon crushed whole black pepper½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste Little Parsley Chopped green dhania (coriander)Mix above Now Mix and beat 2 eggs well beaten½ cup oil1 tablespoon mayonnaise ½ cup milk+-½ cup waterNow gradually add flour to the liquid mixtureAdd ½ cup drained whole kernel sweet corn And + ½ cup grated cheesecheeseMix in lightly Use muffin cases put Spray first or grease it with melted butter lightly before adding the batter to prevent the batter from sticking to the casesFill the cases halfwayNowStick half a polony or salami or Vienna half way in batter Sprinkle with poppy seedsBake at 180* for 30-35 minutesRemove put drop of chutney on the polony or Vienna Enjoy
