RECIPE
2 cups flour
3 tablespoon soft butter or margarine
Rub well into flour
Now add
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed Green chilli
Little green dhania (coriander) chopped
+- 1 ½ cups plain dble thick yoghurt or maas
Mix well to a soft dough add luke warm water if necessary
Mix and knead well
Cut in rounds or squares
Place in greased muffin pans
Or flat tray
Bake in oven 180* for 12 - 15 minutes
Remove
In each tart smear any green chutney or Jalepeno sauce
Top with any filling of choice Or

Add any green masala chicken filling keep filling creamy/ whitish
Keep aside
Now make potato mash filling
Cut 1 large potato into cubes cook with green chilli whole Jeeru (Cumin) and little mustard seeds
Whilst potatoes are being cooked
You braise in little 1 teaspoon butter few cut up mushrooms and green pepers and ¼ red onion or white
When done add to potato mix now add 2 tablespoon any white soup powder mix ( make a paste with little water)
Add to potato cook till soft and mushy
Place on your filling of choice
Then add grated cheese on top garnish with parsley
You can freeze at this stage
When required you THAW
Then microwave for 12 SECONDS..
Enjoy with chutney
