¼ kg cut up green beans french cut or halves (steamed)3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butterFew mustard seeds and little whole Jeeru (Cumin)¼ sliced onionSaute Add +-½ teaspoon garlic paste or crushed garlicAdd +-1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder+-½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Dhana jeera pwderSalt to tasteBraise few minutes Add 2 medium grated tomatoesCook for few minutesThen add the steamed green beansLet cook for 15 minutes till the onions and tomatoes and beans are well cooked .Let it be slightly juicy not too dryAdjust salt and chilli Optional Cubed steamed potatoesPeasCan add ChopsCan add to mince curryEnjoy with rotis
