In a pot,heat the oil,then add the sliced onion and saute until golden brown. Add cardamom, cinnamon stick,cloves,black pepper corns and cumin and saute for another 2-3 minutes until the aroma of the spices is released. Add the GG paste,then the minced meat and fry on high for 8 minutes until the meat changes colour. Next add all the dried spices with the paste and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Add the potatoes and about 1 cup of warm water and cook on low until the potatoes are soft and the oil separatesAdd whole green chillies and chopped coriander and enjoy this with Naan.
