3 Chopped Onions 6 Chicken Sheekh Kebabs choppedGinger garlic block 1 teaspoon salt1 cup Halved Cherry tomatoes 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon Chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander 1 teaspoon Curry powder 1/2Turmeric powder 2 Sliced Green Chillies Handful chopped coriander
METHOD
Sautee the onions using ginger garlic block and salt until onions have browned slightly. Add in the tomatoes and let it cook through until soft and then add in all the spices and mix together. Let the spices cook through for a couple of minutes before adding the kebabs into the pan. Mix it altogether then add green chillies and let it cook on medium heat with lid on for 10 minutes. Finally garnish with coriander and enjoy.
