INGREDIENTS
250g butter1 cup icing sugar1 egg yolk3 tablespoon cornflour3 tablespoon custard powder3 tablespoon pecan nuts, crushedflour as required
Decorations:Brown & white baking chocolate, meltedChocolate flakes
METHOD
Cream butter and icing well. Add the rest of the ingredients to make a soft dough.Roll out on a floured surface. Cut into rectangles and bake until light brown in color.Cut cadbury flakes into rectangular pieces and paste onto biscuit with brown chocolate. Drizzle white chocolate over flake.
