1 cup icing sugar
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoon cornflour
3 tablespoon custard powder
3 tablespoon pecan nuts, crushed
flour as required
Brown & white baking chocolate, melted
Cream butter and icing well. Add the rest of the
ingredients to make a soft dough.
Roll out on a floured surface. Cut into rectangles
and bake until light brown in color.
Cut cadbury flakes into rectangular pieces and
paste onto biscuit with brown chocolate. Drizzle
white chocolate over flake.
