250g butter
1 cup Castor sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
2 eggs
2 and quarter cup flour
Beat butter and sugar..add in eggs..beat well.add in dry ingredients. .mix well . empty into deepish tray..bake on moderate heat ..add bout 20 to 25 minutes.. .remove..spread jam .sprinkle coconut. Cut and cool..place in switched off oven.Enjoy😀
