½ Kilo steak mince 1 big onion chopped ½ green pepper or full if small whole spices ( cinnamon sticks ,Elachi (cardomom) , peppercorn,cloves) 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon red chili paste 1 teaspoon jeera powder 2 teaspoon dhana powder ¼ teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon crushed red chili salt squeeze of lemon juice 2 tomatoes pureed 1 teaspoon tomato paste 3 tablespoon sour milk
5 to 6 potatoes wrap in foil Place in oven, until completely soft butter salt grated mozzarella cheese jalapenos
Braise the onions with whole spices in oil until almost brown, add ginger,garlic and red chili paste.Add green peppers,braise till you get the aroma.Add mince along with all the spices and lemon, lower heat,keep separating mince with a spoon.Cook for 5 minutes and add tomatoes along with some water and cook for abit.lastly add the tomato paste and sour milk and cook for 2 to 5 minutes.
The soften potato, take 1 at the time out, cut in the middle add salt and butter and mash with a spoon.Add 1 tablespoon or 2 of mozzarella cheese and keep mixing until you get a sticky texture, approximately 2 minutes each for perfect texture.
Assemble:Move some mash to the sides, top with mince, sprinkle some cheese and top with jalapenos
