500 g Beef Mince/Mutton1 large Onion¼ Cup Sago½ Cup Water 2 Level teaspoon PepperSalt to tasteQuarter teaspoon Garlic & lemon Spice2 Cooked, Eggs(Optional) Old spice1 Green Chillie (optional) if you prefer it hot😋
Braise the onion, until golden. Add the mince, spices, lastly the sago cook until mixture nice & thick. Switch the stove on medium heat. Lastly add the cooked egg on the mince filling. Makes 1 (large)
INFO & TIPS
Sago must be added to the water in a cup for about 20 minutes. Strain the water. Add to the Mince👍.
